750am (2-LB). {At 8am I took 1/2 of a 100 mg 'DAY DRIFT' and at 845am I took the other half- 100 mg total}. 850am (1-LB). 1020am (1-LB).  120pm (1-LB). 3pm (1-LB). 445pm (1-LB). 540pm (1-LB). 815pm (1-LB).

Up 630am: Bright & breezy with temps almost to 60 degrees. 

Weekly Cleaning

Watched 'RUN ALL NIGHT' (Netflix). It's a decent 'Police/ Mob/ Thriller'. Dad's an ex-mobster and his son is afraid that he'll bring the crime and violence of that life into the lives of his wife and daughters. The son is involved in a homicide and Dad has to protect him for one night. Sounds dumber than it actually was; with Liam Neeson, Ed Harris, Joel Kinnaman, Vincent D'Onofrio.  Filmed in Queens, NY. "59" Metascore and I would say "75".

***Feeling wonderfully high and waiting an hour for the second dose seems to moderate the effect. 

Finished 'BLACK DOVES' (Netflix).  Even with a detailed wrap-up, I still had little idea of what went on, but still a compelling watch. What was (were?) 'Black Doves' supposed to signify?  

Began 'ASAF' (Netflix). I shut it down 26 minutes into episode #2. A Turkish series that doesn't have a single espionage agent in the script. It's about a taxi driver who just can't catch a break. 

1pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

120pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

310pm and put away by 345pm; Fairhills/ County Market: $125

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT ; finished 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK' & 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '

445pm: In the tub with 'THE PARSIFAL MOSAIC' and listening to JOHN MAYALL & THE BLUES BREAKERS- 'A Hard Road'; KING'S X' Playlist;  EARTHLESS Playlist. 

Began SCOTT GALLOWAY on THEO VON.

More 'ASAF' (Netflix). I shut it down 15 minutes into episode #4. There was a nice wrap-up of the plot in the beginning of #4 and it was much appreciated and now I have a reasonable idea of what's going on.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
