Up 530am: Clear and very windy with temps only to low 20's. 

***535am: I took 1/2 of a VIIA 'DAY DRIFT' 100 mg and the plan is to take another 50 mg before 7am***{I took the other half at 830am}. 50 mg on an empty stomach barely did anything; just a mild buzz although a few hits does pick up the pace. Today's experiment shows that ya gotta blast off. A little now and the same amount later doesn't provide the necessary high. Train On! 

Watched 'COPYCAT' (Amazon Prime). A far better than average 'Cop Thriller' about a neurotic and troubled female criminal psychologist and a San Francisco lady detective who  collaborate to catch a serial killer. He is recreating (in great detail) the gruesome work of America's worst serial killers. Holly Hunter and Sigourney Weaver were great foils; also with Dermot Mulroney, Harry Connick Jr., and Will Patton. "54" Metascore and I would go to "77".

Finished 'LUCKY BASKHAR' (Netflix). Clever and smart to the end. He's a loveable rogue and although he considers himself above the law, his sense of justice is tempered by his essential goodness. The financial scam was impossible to follow, except that the 'hero' had it all figured out from the get go, and he got away with it.  

Began 'BLACK DOVES' (Netflix). A British 'Spy' genre series starring Kiera Knightley; not bad and it's this one or back to 'ALICE IN BORDERLAND' tonight.

1pm: Preparing for a walk on the treadmill. It's bright, blustery and frigid on the streets and wind chills have already dropped the 'feels like' temperature into the single digits. 

125pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps; an old 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

Reading 'THE PARSIFAL MOSAIC'

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK' then more 'BAD FRIENDS'.

540pm: In the tub with 'THE PARSIFAL MOSAIC' and listening to JACK BRUCE- Early Playlist;  RICHARD & LINDA THOMPSON  Playlist.

Finished 'BAD FRIENDS' and began RICK GLASSMAN on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

More 'BLACK DOVES' (Netflix). I shut it down 19 minutes into episode #3. An interesting tale of cheeky & witty secret agents working in an 'off the books' intelligence agency that buys and sells government and industrial secrets for cash. It's not strictly legal, but occasionally you will do what's best for your country.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
