No Weights: I 'swept/shoveled' a half inch of dry powder off of the walk and drive.   

Watched 'IT'S ALL OVER: The Kiss That Changed Spanish Football' (Netflix). The owner of Spain's Number #1 Women's Football team kisses a player after a championship game. The documentary shows that at first 'the harmless peck'  was accepted, but later public pressure forced him to resign. He doubles down and gets stiffed for his obtuseness and I'm afraid that he still believes he did nothing wrong.

Finished 'FEEDBACK' (Netflix). It has a very strange ending. The alcoholic 'hero' receives a voicemail from his son. The boy hung himself and up to that point the narrative seemed to be that the 'evil' apartment owners 'forced him' to commit suicide. Actually, the boy did it to make  his father realize what a jerk he had been. He let him have it with both barrels and didn't let the old man off for any of his deplorable boozy behavior. It was one of the more interesting examinations of a suicide that I've ever seen. 

Just a few minutes of a Japanese series called 'ALICE IN BORDERLAND' (Netflix). I shut it down 7 minutes into episode #1 and I'll continue the series this evening. 

1210pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for the dental checkup. 

1230pm:  To the dentist...When I got to the pay window they told me that I had a two hundred dollar credit. It cost 'zero' today and the next checkup should be about ten bucks. And I learned that they accept United Healthcare for the new coverage for 2025. 

It was too cold to hit the Xfinity store so I went home, fired up the downstairs PC and ordered the kids Xmas presents. Took under fifteen minutes and no problems.

More 'ALICE IN BORDERLAND' (Netflix). I shut it down 31 minutes into episode #2. Three young men (and a strange assortment of other people) are left alone in Tokyo and all of the other residents seem to have disappeared. When the three boys hid in the bathroom stall, who banged on the door before the power went off?  It seems odd that nobody seems to remember this.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer.
