Up 7am: I awoke at 510am and took a leak, but it was too early to get up and then I slept till 7am. I wanted to get in the five miles before a movie, and the trip to Xfinity this afternoon. Snow showers possible this morning, then cloudy & breezy with temps to low 30's. 

745am: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched yesterday's TUESDAYS WITH STORIES; more DAVE SMITH on J.R.E.

Watched 'THE RED VIRGIN' (Amazon Prime). In 1930's Madrid an authoritarian woman raises her child prodigy daughter to become a renowned spokesperson for a radical blend of Feminism Socialism. The mother wanted her daughter to become the prototype for a 'new & improved' kind of woman. Mom also favored 'Eugenics'- A set of beliefs and practices that aim to improve the genetic quality of a human population. Hildegart Rodriguez was shot and killed by her mother in June of 1933. It's a very thought provoking film and not like anything else.

Watched a video about the new phone. Makes me glad I got it and it sounds perfect for what I'll be using it for. 

1230pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for the Xfinity appointment. New phone is charged. 

1255pm and home by 145pm: Xfinity. It took a while for the programs to load and the data transferred, but it went easy. The guy that I talked to last week was busy, so I went with another guy. He got it going and he also connected me to Peacock. In two years my rates will go up and I'm supposed to ask for a new (and cheaper) plan then. 

From 2pm- 415pm: All the fucking speakers & treadmill would NOT pair. I went around and around and realized that they were 'shared' but not 'paired'. It took two hours and I can link each speaker, but I have to do it each time I use them. This is fucking ridiculous. And when I was ready to throw the fucking phone into the street I noticed that the new phone was asking for an update. This took five or ten minutes and then when it said 'complete', it asked for another update a few minutes later {I did it a third time when I went to bed}. So I did it all over again, it went faster, but will it require a third attempt?  I'm fucking sick of fucking with it and I'll try again tomorrow. I also wasted a long time getting the YouTube back to 'white' screen background. I had 'dark' mode on the phone, so YouTube followed. I decided (after I learned how to change it) that I like the 'dark' mode better.    

440pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  finished RICK BEATO with SKUNK BAXTER; more DAVE SMITH on J.R.E. 

In the tub with 'GALACTIC POT-HEALER' and listening to EAGLES OF DEATH METAL Playlist; BLACK CROWES- 'Shake Your Money Maker'.

More 'MURDER MINDFULLY' (Netflix). I shut it down 13 minutes into episode #5. Very clever and a little like the theme of  'THE SOPRANOS'- A villian seeing a shrink to better his criminal enterprise.
