Up 520am: Cloudy with temps to mid 40's.

Watched 'HAND ROLLED CIGARETTE' (Netflix). I gave this one a 'thumb's up' the first time that I saw it, but today I'm changing it to 'two thumbs up'. Set on the mean streets of Hong Kong and concerns a soldier (with the British) who was left when the Chinese took over in the late 90's. He works for a mob boss and one night he allows a drug runner who is on the run to hide in his apartment. They bond and battle the various violent and tenacious crime outfits. Also, there's a pet turtle,  fight scenes that end in complete and utter exhaustion, and numerous badly rolled tobacco cigarettes. The film is pleasant and enjoyable 'Asian Noir' with a kind of droll twist. 2 wins & 18 nominations. 

Watched 'AMERICAN PSYCHO' (Netflix- leaving 12/31). The book was better because it was a catalog of real brand names that were staples of Patrick Bateman's life; with Christian Bale, Chloe Sevigny, Reese Witherspoon, Jared Leto, Willem Dafoe, and Cara Seymour. From a novel by Bret Easton Ellis.7 wins & 11 nominations. "64" Metascore and I would go to "79". . 

More 'MAESTRO IN BLUE ' (Netflix). I finished episode #7 and two more to go and both are over an hour. 

110am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

135pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; the latest 'TUESDAYS WITH STORIES'.

***When I got off the treadmill I could barely make it up the stairs and the weights were completely out of the question. My mouth was unbelievably dry. When I got upstairs I immediately paired the phone with the speaker bar. I sat down about 310pm and I was paralysed and I really couldn't move until 450p. Nothing to eat and I was nauseous and I couldn't even lean back in the chair. Too Many Milligrams and not a super pleasant experience. It was kind of tedious, yet never boring.  

540pm: In the tub with 'THE AQUITAINE PROGRESSION and listening to MY BLOODY VALENTINE Playlist; JACK BRUCE Playlist.

More 'MAESTRO IN BLUE' (Netflix). I shut it down 17 minutes into the final episode and there's almost an hour left and I'll try to get it done tomorrow morning. The plan is to leave for Esporta by 1130am so I might not get it in before I have to leave for the Xmas festivities.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
