Watched 'NOTTING HILL' (Netflix). So Romantic that the film should include a warning that it is 'so sweet that it might cause diabetes in certain individuals'. A super famous Hollywood actress falls for a very ordinary London bookstore owner; with Hugh Grant, Julia Roberts, Rhys Ifans. Won 1 BAFTA Award; 11 wins & 17 nominations. "68" Metascore and that's about where I'd put it. 

Finished 'NARCO-SAINTS' (Netflix). A great series and there might be a season #2. It might tie into the autographed baseball which was so valuable to the evil Christian pastor. 

1240pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. I will try to avoid any leaning, so the pace will decrease and mileage remains the same.

Finished DAN SODER on TIM DILLON & began a CHURCH OF WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW.

Began 'THE BLACK SWINDLER' (Netflix). The Black Swindler out foxes the outfits that swindle the gullible and then gives the money back to the victims. A little too corny, but very romantic and Japanese. I'll let this one slide and it's not that bad, but not good enough.

 Watched 'JULIA'S STEPPING STONES' (Netflix: 32"). Julia Reichert reflects on her radicalization during the early 70's and how it led to her career as an independent filmmaker. Marx & Women's Liberation made her a different person..."Growing Up Female".

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
