Up 530am: Bright & breezy with temps to mid 30's and we'll enjoy 40's and 50's through next week. 

Watched 'THE WIDOWS OF THURSDAYS' (Kanopy). Three rich & depressed family men decide to end it all in a group suicide. Remove circuit breakers, throw plugged-in electrical devices into the pool and then go for a swim. Unfortunately, we never see exactly what transpired, but that's the gist of it. The men are financially overextended and have lost all of their assets in an economic collapse (Argentina's economy is 'not serious'). They are convinced (hopeful?) that their life insurance payouts will make things right.  The film is set in the 'Altos de la Cascada', a fictional neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. 'Altos de la Cascada' translates as 'Cascade Heights. The film is based on a novel by Claudia Pineiro and concerns the wealthy and powerful people who live in a gated community in Argentina before the crash of 2001. Great idea, but just an average presentation- grim & plodding. 

Finished 'ADORATION' (Netflix). One of the guys in the circle of friends did the murder, but I don't know why except that he believed that she was a whore. It was nice to see that all young, rich,  arrogant and judgemental people do not live in the USA. No chatter about another season and that's fine by me. 

More of 'HOOLIGAN' (Netflix). I finished episode #2 and will continue tonight.

1130am: The PC is 'Off' and will hit Planet Fitness and stop at Schnucks on the way home for shelled peanuts, bread, and apples.

1220pm: To Planet Fitness...45"Cross,  45"Treadmill, 30" Recumbent Bike,  30" Treadmill,  15"Cross...ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES;  watched 'THE SEARCH FOR INSTAGRAM'S WORST CON ARTIST' (Netflix)- A documentary of Belle Gibson, 'Health/ Cancer' swindler,  but 'APPLE CIDER VINEGAR' was even better; more 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'; an episode of 'I AM A KILLER' (Netflix)- Cleveland man does 18 years for defending his sister. He fatally punched the wrong guy in a street fight.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
