750am (1-LB: Panama Punch). 750am {I took one quarter of a 200 mg DIET SMOKE gummy: 50 mg total and the plan is to take the other 50 mg a little later}. 1230pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker) & also took the remaining 50 mg of DIET SMOKE:  100 mg today. 235pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 435pm (1/2-LB: Permanent Marker). 535pm (1-LB:  Panama Punch). 820pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 

***50 mgs early, on an empty stomach and then another 50 mgs during the walk outside or on the treadmill. A nice even and pleasant high for a maximum part of the day. I liked it.  

Up 645am: Bright & sunny with temps to 60.

Sent a 'signed' {e-signature} to Brittney and made an appointment to see Dax on 4/9 at 1pm.

Watched 'Watcher' (Netflix). A young couple relocate to Bucharest, Romania after hubby's promotion. Their apartment building is bleak and inhospitable, a serial killer is on the loose, and a man in the apartment across the courtyard seems to be obsessed with her. The movie is a delightful exercise in misdirection because it would be too obvious for this guy to be the killer, but he is. "72" Metascore and I would go to "83". 

More 'GRAVEYARD' (Netflix) tonight, but I decided to begin 'ZERO DAY' (Netflix). A compelling political potboiler involving a massive cyber attack against the USA. Is it the Russians or home grown terrorism?; with Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons, Connie Britton, Joan Allen, Matthew Modine, Angela Bassett.

1150am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then another pass through Washington Park. I'll take the second half of the gummy before I head out.

Began a YouTube, hour plus discussion between two guys about 'AMERICAN BEAUTY' by The Grateful Dead.

More 'DAY ZERO' (Netflix).  Fun Fact: Roger Ebert wrote the screenplay for 'Who Killed Bambi?' starring The Sex Pistols. I shut it down 40 minutes into episode #3. This is a little more sophisticated than the Jack Reacher stuff on Amazon Prime.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
