Spent five minutes sweeping the quarter inch of flurries from the sidewalk and driveway. Just as I finished I noticed a young woman in a minivan bringing a couple of armloads of cleaning supplies, mops & vacuums into the new neighbors house; a low-end cleaning service?

Finished 'APPLE CIDER VINEGAR' (Netflix). Belle Gibson is an actual 'health/cancer guru' who was prosecuted for fraud in Australia. This was a thought provoking series, and although the health claims were bogus, they did provide hope. Is it ok to mislead if you can deliver a positive & hopeful expectation?

Began 'ADORATION' (Netflix). I watched the first episode and I'll continue the series later tonight. Filmed in Latina and Sabaudia, Italy which is about 70 miles south of Rome and halfway to Naples along the coast.

 The plan is to do the weights and then hit Esporta. The temperature is 14 and that's today's high.

Later, in a national park, he kills her and then he blows out his brains after eluding law enforcement for months. Were his parents involved in his run from authorities? Gabby only made one video from their travels and less than 500 people saw it, but after her death it was viewed by over 7 million. Maybe she got what she wanted after all;  JOEY DIAZ on 'You Be Trippin'.

More 'ADORATION' (Netflix).  I shut it down 18 minutes into episode #3.***An Uncanny Observation: In the series the Italian kids' android phones  have the same ringtone as I do. I grab for my phone every time they get a call and I've never seen an American film with my ringtone, it's alway foreign films.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
