Up 630am {well rested}. A mix of sun & clouds with temps to about 90 with strong winds later.

Watched 'FURIOSA' (Netflix). I gave this one 'two thumbs up' when I first saw it although I didn't remember a single scene.  It concerns football hooligans from Gdansk who devolve from ardent supporters of their team into rich drug traffickers. Police turned one of the leaders and this guy became a snitch because he wanted out of the violence to continue his career as a doctor. Many brawls are featured, but the film is not classy or distinct enough to differentiate it from a slew of better films in that crowded genre. 'Furiosa' means 'furious' in Spanish. Filmed in Gdynia and Gdansk, Poland and they are port cities on the Baltic Sea in northern Poland.

Watched an episode of 'MY LOVER MY KILLER' (Netflix). An English woman is desperate for a child so she marries a local loser. They have a child, but he balks at the parental responsibility. Later kills her and then kills himself. You don't need to see the score to play this one. 

1135am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk the treadmill and then begin some stuff that I've been putting on the back burner for ages. 1) Inflate the tires in the Elantra. 2) Use the ladder to clear the roof gutter above the mailbox. 3) Begin work on the weeds in the cracks on the driveway. I might even go to Ace to get more caulking tubes and find out how to work a calk gun.  (Pick up the cap for the gutter extension on the other side of the front lawn). 

11am: I noticed a dozen (I counted them)  guys from CWLP checking the house up Westview next to the girls house. The couple had been digging to plant a garden. They must have hit a line. Strange. 

1210pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES; began a 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'- 'just the boys'.

2pm- 320pm: I added air to the tires. I just guessed at adding 3 psi per tire. I didn't drive so I'm not sure if I got it. I gouged out the weeds in the walk & driveway. Then I added salt in the cracks. I lost the initiative to drive to Ace for caulking tubes. Later I spritzed the cracks with spray cleaner to get the salt in deep.

***1st time for the AC this season: 80 degrees is the new setting.

450pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began BIG JAY OAKERSON on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'. 

550pm:  In the tub and finished 'DIE WITH ZERO' and began 'DEADWOOD' by PETE DEXTER and listening to ERIC DOLPHY Playlist; EDGAR WINTER & The White Trash Band Playlist; FLAMIN' GROOVIES Playlist.

More 'IF I HADN'T MET YOU' (Netflix). I shut it down 28 minutes into episode #3. Not as confusing as most 'alternative universe' themed films. Clever.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
