Up 625am: Cloudy and much cooler with temps to low 80's, however this afternoon it will be very muggy. Windows open at 7am.  

Watched 'COCAINE AIR: Smugglers At 30,000 Ft. (Netflix- 3 part series). Two pilots and a passenger land a privately owned jet in the Dominican Republic with 26 suitcases containing 700 kilos of cocaine. They all are arrested immediately, but claim that they are not responsible for baggage stowed on the plane and the suitcases were not theirs.  At first it seemed that they might have a case, but then it appears that they had pulled the same stunt a few times before. The series claims 'to be based on actual events, but some of the participants might have been lying'. 

11am: The woman in a jeep is back taking pictures (on a tripod) of the house across the street. Maybe it has something to do with the tree removal in their backyard. The roots of the big poplar tree are destroying their sewer system. I saw her about a week ago taking the same shots. 

Finished 'THE GANGS OF LONDON' (Netflix). Season #3 was released in March to AMC Network, but it will be a while before it lands on Netflix. I can't wait. Elliot left Sean 'hanging'. He left him in a junkyard hanging by his neck with his feet balanced atop a spare tire.  

1220pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk in the park.

Began 'THE GRINGO HUNTERS' (Netflix). Nice Detail: A Mexican bad guy named 'Crazy' has the word 'Loco' tattooed over his mouth. I've never seen this done before, and now that I see it, I'm surprised that this isn't more popular. I shut it down 9 minutes into episode #2.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. A cloudy morning, then mostly bright & sunny & windy with temps to mid 60's.  Watched 'DEMON CITY' (Netflix). A retired Japanese hitman's wife and young daughter are murdered in front of him. The mayor is responsible and all of his henchmen wear demon masks when they get violent. The hitman wreaks catastrophic vengeance for the slaughter of his family and the film becomes a cartoonish bloodbath. Lots of choreographed fisticuffs (messy) and knife fights (messier) that could only exist in fantasy. It's far too silly to be believed, but about what you'd expect in this type of film.  The hero lives in Shinjo which is a city in the north central part of Japan. Watched 'RED FEVER' (Kanopy). [1230pm:  1/3 200mg Diet Smoke gummy]. 1235pm (1-LB). 535pm (2-LB). 815pm (2-LB).  Up 5am: Light/ moderate rain/ mist all day with temps to upper 60's. Before 8am the guy arrived and mowed the lawn across the street even though it rained early this morning. And a red truck pulled up to continue the remodel job for the woman next door, but was gone by noon.  Watched 'THE PAPER' (Netflix- leaving 9/30). It's about how a major NYC newspaper was run during the early 90's and it was so out of date that it felt quaint. A handful of writers and staff argue about what is newsworthy and their collective decision decides the story. The Big Story: Two black teenagers are arrested for the murders of two white businessmen. The Truth: The two youths were only walking by and it was really a mob hit.
