Up 6am: Mostly sunny & breezy with temps to mid 70's. 

I prepared the tube of saliva for Ancestry.com and I'll send it in today or tomorrow. Today the plan is to attack the backyard with the rake and clippers. Maybe I'll run out the gas remaining in the mower. If I do yard work today, I'll mail the Ancestry.com package tomorrow when I hit Planet Fitness. If I scrap the yard work, then it's Planet Fitness and the PO on Wabash. {I did cancel the yard work}  

Watched 'THE GULLSPANG MIRACLE' (Kanopy). It's a documentary about two elderly sisters in Norway who learn that their dead sister was a twin. They locate this woman, and they believe that they are related, but this turns out not to be the case. However, they do learn that the dead sister did not die by suicide. They revisit the autopsy and learn that although empty pill bottles were found at the site, there were no drugs in her system. It's a wild and crazy ride because there is real resentment between the sisters. The 'found' sister is an atheist and the other sisters are devout Christians. This is a perfect example of a documentary that starts out in one direction and by the end has made a complete one-eighty.  This is a complicated tale and was like nothing else.   

Resumed 'TEE YAI: BORN TO BE BAD' (Netflix). It's a tepid attempt at a kind of Thai 'BUTCH CASSIDY AND THE SUNDANCE KID'. Beautiful locations in rural Thailand and well-shot, but the characters' lame personal stories overwhelmed the Action stuff and 'Maximum Boom-Boom' is what the audience demands in these kinds of films.  

***50 mg seems to be the new dose if I want a discernible jolt. Is it a waste to ingest anything less than fifty since I don't really feel it? Not even a very subtle tingle, like smoking a banana peel?

More 'STARTUP' (Netflix). I shut it down 14 minutes into episode #8 and I think I'll just take it down to Planet Fitness and finish the series. I had considered tackling the backyard, but the front lawn results were so disheartening. This morning there are about as many leaves on the front lawn as when I began the chore yesterday afternoon.  All that work for very little results. 

***Today I had rice for the first time in several weeks. I'll see if rice had anything to do with the constipation problem.

 Watched a YouTube video about a guy's addiction to Kratom. This is a 'gas station drug' that is similar to an opioid.

Restarted 'AS YOU STOOD BY' (Netflix). I shut it down 6 minutes into episode #5. I still do not understand how the two women used the guy that looked like the man that they killed. He gets a plane ride home to see his family, but what do they get out of it? How does that help them conceal the murder? A character asks for the price of a couple of bottle rockets in a rural convenience store- $5,000 won and this is $3.45 usd.
