Watched 'THE DOOM GENERATION' (Kanopy). A bloody & hilarious Road Picture that rolls through the gritty and soulless underbelly of southern California during the 90's.  It's transgressive with a sense of humor and it was cleverly designed to evoke outrage; with James Duval, Rose McGowan, Johnathon Schaech, Margaret Cho, Perry Farrell, Parker Posey, Heidi Fleiss. Directed by Gregg Araki. "48" Metascore and I would go to "78". From WASHINGTON POST: "In short, it's about as charming as a gob of spit." 

Finished 'LUDEN' (Amazon Prime). In the final episode they visit Las Palmas which is a Spanish city in the Canary Islands; 93 miles off the African coast near southern Morocco and northern Western Sahara. This one really ends on a down note. The central character rips off the love of his life for all of her savings and she dies on the street with AIDS. In the last scene he is shown being served a drink on a jet plane headed for a new life. 

Watched the first episode of 'MURDER IN MIND' (Amazon Prime). Another True Crime series and I watched about fifteen minutes of the first episode and I'll be back.

1115am: The PC is 'Off' and planning to do the grocery shopping at County Market and hit the treadmill later. I need a lot of stuff and this is going to be a full load. 

1150am: To Planet Fitness/  change of plans; County Market after the workout...45"Cross, 45"Treadmill, 30"Recumbent Bike, 30"Cross...TWO HOURS 30 MINUTES; watched documentary 'KIDNAPPED: ELIZABETH SMART- She was taken by a Christian terrorist and held for nine months; more 'MURDER IN MIND' (Amazon Prime); more BOBBY LEE on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'.
