Up 8am: Sunny & breezy with temps to low 60's. The flu symptoms have abated (not so sure), but constipated.

No Weekly Cleaning

***I tried a bong hit, but no luck. It just brought on a coughing fit.

Watched 'THE TIKTOK KILLER' (Netflix). An ugly bum with half his teeth posts popular 'travel' videos as he treks the coast of Spain. Most of the documentary is composed of video that he made on his journey. He was convicted of several murders and served his time, but it looks like he's killed a couple more. He is in contact with the mother of one of his probable victims. This guy seems like one of a kind. 

Finished 'UNFAMILIAR' (Netflix). I didn't follow the plot, but it was so well done that I gave it '2 Thumbs Up' anyway. There were so many twists that it made a John le Carre novel seem like a 1st grade primer. 

I thought that I was feeling better, but I'm not so sure. I don't know what I'm going to do. Planet Fitness seems like a stretch and I might walk outside. Or, it could turn out to be another treadmill day. The cold symptoms have lessened, but I feel depressed and unhinged. I think I'll put in some time on the treadmill to lift the spirits. It's just after 1pm and I'm still dithering and I can't decide what to watch on the treadmill. 

110pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a treadmill walk.  

125pm: Treadmill...60 minutes at 3.2 for 3.18 miles. It wasn't easy.

Reading & finished 'MANHATTAN IS MY BEAT' and this 'cold' is not letting up. 

540pm: In the tub with 'THE BEST OF MURRAY LEINSTER' and listening to JOHN COLTRANE- 'A Love Supreme'; MILES DAVIS- 'In A Silent Way.

More 'CHURCH OF WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW'.

Began 'ABSENTIA' (Netflix). I shut it down 23 minutes into the second episode. 

I have no appetite, but I'll cook some refried beans & cabbage.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home.
