Watched 'R.M.N.' (Kanopy). Creepy & upsetting and it's kind of a horror film about immigration in a poor country. The film boasts an electric town meeting where many racist solutions are suggested and it becomes a textbook example of Democracy morphing into Mobocracy; "It's a medical fact that they spread diseases and they will be touching our bread"; little boy was struck dumb because he foresaw his grandfather's suicide. Very captivating.  Directed and written by Christian Mungiu. "81" Metascore and I would go to "90". The movie was filmed in Romanian villages across the Transylvania region.

I found a YouTube video of Ethan Hawke discussing the film with the director (20"). Only marginally useful, but another video by 2 gays was more on point. 

Watched a couple of RICK BEATO videos about 'Yacht Rock' and a 'BREAKING POINTS'- The Rich. 

1225pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk to Washington Park and points south. 

***Just as I was leaving for the park I got a call from Melissa. Janny broke her arm last night.  She was turning over in bed. She's at Memorial & then to some kind of 'nursing home' situation. She needs round the clock care.

Called Janny...she sounded weary and suggested I visit tomorrow.

More 'POLYGAMIST' (Netflix). I shut it down 9 minutes into the eleventh episode. I rewatched a little of the first chapter of the series and it begins with Jonas in his coffin at the funeral home and Joyce leans down and calls his corpse a motherfucker. By the tenth episode the time shifts to ten years earlier and Jonas has been keeping multiple women most of his life. Isn't this illegal?
