Up 610am: Partly cloudy with the chance of a stray thunderstorm and temps to about 80 and then storms late. 

I had one of those sessions where 'electric patterns' overwhelm my normal vision.  I took five minutes to decompress and it went away. The eye doctor said that it was similar to a migraine headache without the discomfort.  I had to wait for a windows 'update' and 'restart'...said five minutes but it was probably less than that. 

Watched 'PROJECT Y' (Netflix). Two high end Korean prostitutes (sisters?) are cheated out of their savings and learn of a way to steal millions of dollars worth of gold bars from the bad guys. It's got a plotline with lots of twists and turns and some involve violent criminals, a crooked professional Korean basketball team and an unusually deadly oil sinkhole. In the end, the arch villain and the gold bars end up in the sinkhole and the girls leave with nothing but a dream of going backpacking. Not as dumb as it sounds, but close- still worth a look. The suitcase that the girls found in the grave contained $700,000 Korean won and that's only $461.00 usd. That's what the subtitles said but according to AI Mode it was $700 million Korean won and that's $505,000 usd. That makes more sense. Filmed and set in the Gangnam District of Seoul, South Korea.

Watched 'BREAKDOWN 1975' (Netflix). The 'We Generation' (Hippie) turned into the 'Me Generation' (Libertarian). Things were much better in the past. Archie 'Told It Like It Was'. The 'New Hollywood' ended when 'Rocky' got Best Picture. "We are one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all....What could go wrong". Nikita Khrushchev: "If the people tell you that there is an invisible river, don't tell them it's not there. Build them a bridge".

Began TODD BARRY on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'. I shut it down at 40 minutes.

Began 'TEACH YOU A LESSON' (Netflix). The series is shot in Seoul, South Korea. I shut it down 40 minutes into the first episode & I'm not wild about the series but I'll be back for {a little} more.
