850am: Call from nurse at Martinek's office..."no significant findings on the x-ray". Gastroenterologist office will call to schedule a colonoscopy. Dr. Martinek recommends a stronger laxative. I'll pick that up when I get the call that the suppository is in.  

Watched 'RELAY' (Hoopla). I had seen this film fairly recently, but I didn't recognize the title. The Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) is a genuine public communications system in the US for people with hearing or speaking difficulties. 'Ash' (the fixer) uses TRS so that his communications are secret and cannot be traced. 'Sarah' is actually working for the corporation and is acting as bait ('honey trap') so that they can identify 'Ash' and stop his operation as a fixer for whistleblowers. Manhattan is an integral part of the movie and The Who- 'The Kids Are Alright' is referenced; with Riz Ahmed, Lily James, Sam Worthington. "70" Metascore and I would go to "87". From THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER- "The best parts of Relay harness the details of Ash’s brokerage. Mackenzie’s direction is never tighter than when he’s focused on message relays, burner phones and the bureaucracy of the post office".  

1110am: The anxiety of mowing the lawn is now stronger than the anxiety of putting off doing lawn work. 

1120am- 1220pm: Mowed & hacked tall bushes at the security fence & bushes in the far back.

The plan is to do an abbreviated workout at Planet Fitness, then grocery shopping.

Hit & a miss but more miss; watched an hour documentary,  'CONVICTION: THE JILL MEAGHER STORY' (Amazon Prime)- An Australian woman is raped & murdered and the killer is caught on CCTV.; more TIM ROBBINS on J.R.E. 

305pm to Schnucks & put away by 415pm; only $55.00.

540pm: In the tub with 'PARABLE OF THE TALENTS' and listening to ELVIN JONES Playlist; ELECTRIC FLAG- 'A Long Time Comin' and ELECTRIC FLAG Playlist. 

Began TODD RUNDGREN on RICK BEATO. Todd is an interesting character. 

I'll finish 'MY DAUGHTER'S FATHER' (Netflix) tomorrow morning & I began 'UMTHETHO' (Netflix). Film in South Africa in and around the city of Johannesburg and the Soweto Township. I shut it down 43 minutes into the first episode & I will be back. AI Mode says that this is a 'reimagined' take on the excellent Brazilian gang series, 'BROTHERHOOD'.
