Watched 'INGRID GOES WEST' (Netflix). The movie seduces you into caring about a young woman who is the worst kind of stalker. It's the point of view of a very damaged person who never deviates from her neurotic pursuit of validation from others; with Aubrey Plaza, Elizabeth Olsen, O'Shea Jackson Jr. (son of rapper Ice Cube). I had seen the film before, and it was well worth a second view. "71" Metascore and I would go to "84". THE PLAYLIST- "The movie lives and dies, however, on Ingrid herself and, remarkably, Plaza finds a way for you to root for her even when she crosses line after line after line."  

Finished 'BEEF' (Netflix). Abandonment Issues: "You don't love me, you just don't want to be left by me". It looks like the young couple have broken up, but 'Eight Years Later' they are married, have a young son, and happily manage  the country club. Lots of deep issues and this was truly a quality series and proves that 'episodic entertainment' can go up against the best in cinema.  

Watched a Netflix 'BEEF' 26 minute podcast about the making of the series; a weak interview with the actors who play the young couple.

Watched sixteen minutes of the first episode of 'BEEF'- season #1. I'll continue tonight and this requires a second viewing. 

1235pm:  The PC is 'Off' and it looks like more rain although nothing on the radar, but they've been so wrong before. Another day on the treadmill.

105pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; a 'WORST NEIGHBOR EVER' (Netflix)- A Tennessee man is finally jailed after a history of violence toward women. Married many times and all suffered abuse.

Reading & finished 'DEMIAN" & beginning 'SIDDHARTHA'.

 440pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; a writer/ actor on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside.
