Up 615am and out of bed at 7am. Mostly sunny with temps to low 80's and not as humid. 

An old gray sedan is connected to the guy that's working on the house next door. Somebody dropped him off just after 7am. 

Picked up sticks and branches on the lawn.

Watched 'DON'T SAY GOOD LUCK' (Netflix). {An Adam Sandler production}. A suburban family grapples with Mom's terminal cancer and recognition for their daughter when she scores the lead role in her high school play, 'Waitress'. Not as bad as it sounds, but just a little too sweet; with Sunny Sandler (Adam Sandler's daughter), Melanie Lynskey, Steve Buscemi. "73" Metascore and that's where I'd leave it. "Waitress' is a real Broadway play.  

10am: I reported the non working street light out front.

Watched 'INSTADOCS: ALEX MURDAUGH, UNCONVICTED' (Netflix- 30"). A rich and powerful man in South Carolina has his double murder conviction overturned by the state supreme court. He was accused of shooting to death his wife and 22 year old son and one of the clerks at his trial 'bent the ears' of at least one juror and this invalidates their decision. The average person has one system of justice and the most wealthy have another that is much less harsh.
 
1110am: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a visit to Planet Fitness...and then the doctor.  I'll save my first time back at FitClub West for another time. The temperature and humidity are still tolerable, so I left the windows open...a bit. 

 1135am: To Planet Fitness...45"Cross, 45"Treadmill, 20"Recumbent Bike, 25"Cross....TWO HOURS AND 15 MINUTES;  watched 'THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN (Netflix)- Emily Blunt plays an alcoholic suburbanite who sees questionable behavior at one of the homes on her train commute to & from the city. It's barely worth a look; more TIM ROBBINS on J.R.E. 

Finished 'I HOPE I SHALL ARRIVE SOON' by PK DICK [chock full of terrific ideas] & restarted 'PARABLE OF THE SOWER' by OCTAVIA BUTLER & finished that too.

405pm: To Dr. Martinek- I explained symptoms to a very young student nurse and then the doctor entered and physically checked my abdominal area and suggested I get an x-ray at Springfield Clinic East Campus. 515pm I left Wabash and downtown by 530pm. Dr. Martinek suggested a colonoscopy depending on what the x-ray reveals. He also gave me a prescription for suppositories, but when I got to Walgreens they were going on break and it would have been over an hour. I'll be back tomorrow. 

630pm: In the tub to begin 'THE PARABLE OF THE TALENTS' and listening to EDDIE HENDERSON Playlist; EDGAR WINTERS and THE WHITE TRASH BAND- 'Live'.

Finished KENMARION on 'WHISKEY GINGER'.

More 'MY DAUGHTER'S FATHER' (Netflix). I shut it down 33 minutes into the 9th episode. It is far too confusing to have different actors play their 'younger selves'. I only have the slightest idea of what's going on, although it's still worth a look.
