Up 650am {restless night}. Bright & sunny with temps only to upper 50's. The heat is 'ON' and kicked on today for the first time this season. 

Watched 'TELL THEM YOU LOVE ME' (Hoopla). Facilitated Communication- Supported typing or spelling to communicate. The 'supporter' is unconsciously (?) doing the communicating. The theory completely collapses in a double-blind test; ex. When the disabled person is shown a picture of a cup and the facilitator is shown a key, the disabled person will always type 'key'. Anna Stublefield was sentenced to 12 years and got out in less than 2 years on appeal. Since none of their typed 'communications' were allowed in the first trial she won a retrial and the sentence was reduced on a lesser charge. 

840am; I noticed a prompt for a 'restart'. It only took a few minutes, however Windows wanted to show me 'New Features' and I took the option of  'tell me in three days'. I would have liked an option 'do not bring this up again'. Make 'Edge' my search engine? Or is it 'Bing'? 

Watched 'MURDER IN MIND' (Amazon Prime). A man from Wales is released after serving 18 years for a double murder. Soon, he commits another murder. Fun Fact: A majority of people released from prison will reoffend, but it's rare for murderers to commit another murder after serving their sentence. "...roughly 62% to 68% of people released from prison are rearrested within three years".   

Watched a YouTube video, 'CANNABIS FOR SENIORS' (with Eddie- he's 78 years old). He's advertising for 'The Weed Box', a company that sells THC products through the mail. He says that he highly recommends their flower.

12pm:  The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

1230pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; HOMICIDE NEW ORLEANS (Netflix)- 1) Slim, curly headed guy shoots a friend in front of a crowd of witnesses;  2) Man sprints across a highway to stab a woman in her wheelchair.  He didn't know the woman and a Walgreens security man shot him dead; more of H. FOLEY & K. RYAN on 'TYSO'.

535pm: In the tub with 'OIL!' and listening to JASON ISBELL- 'Sirens'; JAPAN Playlist; SYLVIAN & FRIPP- 'The 1st Day'; ATOMIC ROOSTER- 1st album.

Watched a 10" YouTube 'CANNABIS FOR SENIORS'- Eddie talks about why he doesn't like joints. He gets off on one hit from a pipe? what a light weight & I guess we all wish we only needed that little amount. Next, he talks of his new vaporizer. 

More H. FOLEY & K. RYAN on 'TYSO'. The Boys really shine on this one and Rick more than holds up his end.

More 'THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE' (Netflix). I shut it down at the beginning of the final episode of season 2. I'm going to make a note on the calendar to start it again three months from today. I'll watch the last 50 minutes of the last episode in the second season and then start season 3. It should help with the continuity.
