Up 540am: Partly cloudy & breezy with temps to upper 60's. A cold front moves in for the weekend and the first chance for snow this season.  Watched 'ALICE' (Netflix). Alice is a slave who appears to be living in 19th century Georgia and escapes from the harsh plantation life and stumbles into the Georgia of 1973. Later, she returns to 'the past' and brings Freedom & Revolution to those enslaved. The movie could be seen as a tongue in cheek cinematic valentine to the black American actress, Pam Grier. After the final credits: "Dedicated to the African Americans who remained enslaved during the Twentieth Cen...

Th 11/6/25 640am (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood). 820am (4 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 910am (1-B: Blood Diamond). 1025am (1/2-B: Blood Diamond).  1210pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 1245pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 445pm (1-LB: Blood Diamond). 440pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 810pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).  Up 550am: Mostly sunny & breezy with temps to mid 60's.   Watched 'BLACK WIDOW' (Hoopla). A sultry femme fatale is tracked and outsmarted by a plucky lady federal agent in a very 80's Neo Noir Thriller; with Thereasa Russell, Debra Winger, Dennis Hopper, Diane Ladd ( She died three days ago 11/3/25; 89 years old). Some beautiful settings on Hawaii {the Big Island} and especially Volcanoes National Park. "70" Metascore and I would boost that to "75". Finished 'START UP, FALL DOWN FROM BILLIONAIRE TO CONVICT' (Netflix). The billionaire from Milan got almost 8 years in prison for sexual and drug offenses. Although there were several witnesses who testified agai...

We 11/5/25- Gummy: 41 mg 730am {I took 1/3 of 'DIET SMOKE' 125 mg: 41 mg total}. 735am (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 820am (3 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 945am (4 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 1225pm (a mix of Sour & Blood). 535pm (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood). 815pm (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood).  Up 630am: Sunny & breezy with temps to mid 60's.  Added leaves to fill up 'the big blue can'. Watched 'HURRICANE SEASON' (Netflix). A gorgeous Art Film that's gripping & engaging, but a bit difficult to follow, yet in the end it all hangs together. In broad strokes, it's about the murder of an old transvestite by two local youths who were after his 'non-existent' fortune.  And includes a subplot about a very young and pregnant girl who arrives in the village with no money or contacts and nowhere to go. Filmed in the Mexican state of Tabasco, Mexico which is on the Gulf of Mexico near Guatemala & Belize. ***The additional 10 mgs made a signifi...

Tu 11/4/25- Gummy: 33 mg 7am (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 710am {I took 1/3 of 100 mg 'VIIA': 33 mg total}. 745am (3 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 1020am (3 hits-B: Sour Diesel).  1210pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 430pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 530pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 810pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).  Up 6am: Mostly sunny with temps almost to 70.  Normal BM first thing this morning.  ***FUN FACT*** Leafly says that if you hold a cannabis edible under your tongue, it will hit the bloodstream faster.  33 mg of  'VIIA'  is dissolving under my tongue right now. {It works!!! I feel very much 'altered/elated' after 35 minutes or maybe the placebo effect?} Watched 'TENET' (Netflix).  A 'Time Travel' film that makes little rational sense, but boasts terrific special effects that replicate 'Time Travel Paradoxes' involving car chases and fisticuffs that are like nothing else; with John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Michael Caine. Directed by Christopher Nolan. Won 1 Os...

Mo 11/3/25- Gummy: 33 mg 735am {I took 1/3 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total}. 740am (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood). 820am (4 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 130pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 440pm (1/2-LB: Sour Diesel). 535pm (1/2-LB: Sour Diesel). 815pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).  Up 630am: Sunny & breezy with temps to low 60's.  Watched 'ORGAN CHILD' (Netflix). A couple's baby is stolen and the husband is framed for the murder of a nurse. After serving seventeen years for murder he returns and uncovers a plot between the hospital, the police, and the man that stole his daughter. Utterly and completely ridiculous. Maybe it was the cultural differences between China and Westview Drive; ex: The couple paper the neighborhood with head shots of their 4 month old missing daughter- "Have You Seen This Child?". Who could discern the difference between two similar children of that age? Set and filmed  in Taiwan (Formosa), Republic of China.  ***Today's edible barely registere...

Su 11/2/25- Ayrloom Cran Apple/ Haircut/ Gummy:  33 mg 645am {I drank one can of Ayrloom Cran Apple- 1st time with this product: 10 mg THC}. 8am (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 845am (1-B: a mix of Sour & Blood). 1105am (4 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 140pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 225pm [On the treadmill I took 1/3 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total}. 320pm (3 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 540pm (1-LB: Blood Diamond). 810pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).  Up 615am: Mostly sunny with temps to mid 50's Weekly Cleaning Watched 'THE INTERPRETER' (Netflix). I had seen it before, but didn't remember a single frame. I gave it 'one thumb up' the first time, but this time around I liked it a little more. Maybe it was the cannabis cocktail. An interpreter at the United Nations becomes involved in a convoluted terrorist plot to assassinate an African despot at the UN building in NYC.  The premise is that an attempted assassination might even be better than a successful hit. The goodwill gleaned from an...

Sa 11/1/25 720am (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 810am (4 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 1010am (1/2-LB: Sour Diesel). 1210pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 540pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 810pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).  Up 615am: Mostly cloudy with temps only to about 50. ***My credit score according to TransUnion is '816' which is 'Excellent'- anything over 800 is exceptional.  Watched 'THE ELIXIR' (Netflix). An experimental herbal remedy for aging causes a zombie apocalypse in an Edenic setting. The film is chock full of 'The Undead' spurting blood in pulsating jets. Effectively scary, yet absolutely hilarious & I liked it.  The movie was set and filmed in the central region of the Indonesian island of Java. More 'THE ASSET' (Netflix). I shut it down 20 minutes into episode #3. It keeps getting better and better.  1140am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for an afternoon at Planet Fitness & maybe a visit to the vitamin shoppe. Modified Weights:  2 sets/ 15 reps; no curls ...
